30-Day Return Policy

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

• Email us at hi@getxpskin.com, include your order #. 

• If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions to complete the quest.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

• Report it within 48 hours with photos and we’ll fix it fast.

Non-Returnable Loot

• Sale items and gift cards can’t be returned.

Refunds

• Once your return is cleared, refunds process within 10 business days.

• Your bank may take a little longer to load the gold back into your account.
